Sales Consultants
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to promote new and exciting automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager (SM) to develop effective marketing strategies aimed at achieving market share growth and high profitability
- Monitor market conditions closely and adapt sales programs to ensure maximum profitability
- Achieve monthly sales targets as agreed upon with the SM
- Follow up on all showroom visits and actively pursue new customer acquisition through regular outreach and engagement with potential buyers. Maintain accurate and timely records in the company’s CRM system
- Ensure prompt and professional response to customer inquiries, including quotation requests, test drives, and other requirements, with diligent follow-up
- Promote the dealership’s sales and marketing activities effectively and professionally
- Participate in trade fairs, roadshows, and other events as agreed upon with management
- Ensure the timely and accurate collection of all outstanding accounts
- Deliver exceptional service standards to all clients
- Submit weekly sales reports to the SM
- Adhere to dealership and brand-specific sales protocols
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within a dealership or a similar retail sales environment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive features, sales trends, dealership processes, financing options, and sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent analytical skills for reviewing sales data and financial reports
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work beyond standard business hours when necessary

Community Manager
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Community Manager to join our growing automotive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital culture, and can bring our brands to life online and on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media communities across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and promotions
- Act as a brand reporter—capturing daily dealership activities, launches, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Ensure all communication follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards
- Monitor, respond, and engage with customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and optimize content through Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor online reputation, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Assist in event management and be present on-site for launches, activations, and promotional events when required

Requirements

Service Advisor
The Service Advisor strengthens customer loyalty to the dealership through expert advice and individual needs-oriented care. By engaging with each customer, the Service Advisor is able to understand their needs, adapt their expectations and offer tailored solutions. In individual customer contacts, the Service Advisor stimulates the demand for servicing, parts and accessories as well as support for vehicle sales by means of a proactive approach and linking to the relevant colleague.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiation: Scheduling and preparing the service event with the team
- Check-in: Greeting the customer and optimizing their experience
- Execution: Ensuring that services are implemented correctly
- Check-out: Complete handover and closing in alignment with the agreement
- Customer activation: Extending the relationship as a key person of contact
- Representing the team inside and outside the dealership
- Close cooperation with the workshop in order to achieve a premium-quality execution

Requirements:
- Minimum HSC level
- A minimum NC3 in Automobile mechanics would be a plus

IT Officer
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IT Officer to manage our IT infrastructure while strengthening our cybersecurity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support IT systems, networks and hardware

- Oversee cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection)

Foreman - Body Repairs
Allied Motors Co Ltd is looking for an experienced and skilled Foreman to oversee the operations in our Body Repairs Workshop. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of auto body repairs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and under instruction of the body repair Supervisor
- Coordinate daily operations in the body repair workshop
- Oversee and inspect body work, including dent repair, painting and refinishing
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of technicians
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum School Certificate
- NC4 Automobile Spray Painting is a must
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an auto body-repair workshop and 7 years of experience as Spray Painter
- Strong technical knowledge of body repair techniques, painting and refinishing
- Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Parts Advisor
The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers, technicians and service department in identifying and supplying the correct spare parts for vehicles. He will ensure the availability of necessary components and provide expert advice on parts selection.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistent compliance with the standards for process and work quality in Parts and continuous improvement of the processes and services in his area of responsibility
- Stimulate sales in the parts and accessories department by providing customer-oriented advice, thus actively contributing to the achievement of the defined sales targets
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts
- Provide accurate pricing, availability and delivery information
- Process customer orders efficiently and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities

Building Electrician
The Building Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and components within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and electrical components.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects and necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and testing on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to support overall facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum NC4 level in Building Electrical Systems or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as electrician, preferably in a building or facilities maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components and wiring methods
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skill
- Candidate must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious and display good logical-thinking

Electric Vehicle Technician
The Electric Vehicle Technician requires a strong understanding of electric vehicle systems and a commitment to keeping updated with the latest industry advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service and repair electric vehicles
- Perform battery system inspections and maintenance
- Conduct software diagnostics and system updates
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Master Craftsman in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or any equivalent professional technical qualification
- Certification as an Electric Vehicle Technician (EVT) / Hybrid Vehicles or equivalent is desirable
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair (EV experience is an advantage)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Conversant with technological aids
- Excellent grasp of English language (both oral & written)

Key Responsibilities:
Safely pick-up and deliver official documents between clients, suppliers and banks
Run administrative errands such as bank deposits, office supplies collection, and courier drop-offs
Assist in moving cars from within the dealership premises and from the quay when necessary
Maintain clear communication with departments regarding delivery status, delays or issues
Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Good knowledge of local routes
Valid motorcycle driving license (private car license would be a plus)
